I teach traditional system of Yoga using asanas (postures) to balance the body and mind through the physical body, pranayama (breathing practices) to work on the energy body, and meditation to calm and focus the mind. It also takes a broader outlook by teaching and encouraging yogic lifestyles, not only for renunciates but fro everyone. .. Yoga is the ability to direct the mind without distraction or interruption.

Individual yoga sessions are perfect for those seeking to focus either on a specific problem or explore a certain area in greater detail. In particular, a one to one session can help people recover after surgery or severe illness, promoting healing and rebuilding their strength.
